DESCRIPTION

This project was a combination of a pistachio warehouse, a sales office, and a small residential unit. Given the importance of maintaining privacy and public space in this project, the residential part was placed prominently in volume and facade and in the heart of the main warehouse and shed, but with a separate entrance and private access from the center of the building that leads to a small central courtyard in the center of the building, which provides both adequate light for the spaces and easy access to the more private space of the complex.
